Lucile Ruby Woodard oral history interview, 1997.

Woodard discusses her upbringing on a farm in Iowa, her family's history as pioneers in Iowa, and her early interest in speech. She describes her experiences as program director of LSU's radio station and as a professor in the Speech Department. She also discusses her service with organizations and committees seeking to bring educational television to Louisiana and her work for Louisiana Public Broadcasting.
